A : A New Dog counsellor will do their best to ensure that training takes place as quickly as possible with the least amount of stress for you and your pet

A: The most kind, quick, stress free methods available to suit you and your dog. Knowing that each pet and owner is unique we tailor our training techniques to you and your pet's unique needs
Q: I can't get my dog to a class,it's so naughty and will show me up, will you come to our home and help us?
A: Of course we will, in fact we know that all problems start in the home, so it's best we see your pet 'in home' to get a true picture of how best to help you.
Q: What qualifcations have your counsellors got?
A: Employees/ Affilliates of New Dog must belong to a [recognised dog training body], and must have experience in human counselling skills. For more details [Contact Us].
Q: Are there any breeds of dog that you will not work with?
A: New Dog counsellors will work with any breed as we do not accept breed prejudice/ stereotypes.
Q: We have a multi-dog household, with a few different problems, can you still help?
A: Other than the possibly being a slightly higher fee for this, our counsellors will enjoy the input that this kind of household brings.
Q: I would feel nervous going to classes, can you help?
A: New Dog counsellors are happy to help with one on one training, we believe that better results are got in this way.
Q: How long do I have to wait for an appointment?
A: We will do our best to see you as quickly as possible and hopefully within 7 days from your initial contact with us.
