Chocolate Labrador

It is hard to believe the speed, at which Janet can get results with her dog training, but it is true and it is worth every penny. When we were at the point of giving away Nell, our beautiful Labrador, Janet demonstrated an instant change in behaviour within 20 minutes. After the first training session, she was like a new dog. What Janet has made us realise is, that Nell is the same dog now as she was before and it's ourselves that have changed. What we say and do with our dog determines her behaviour. Janet taught us how to correct any behavioural problem by playing the K9 game, which has been fun for our children and a success with all the family. There is no more stress and embarrassment, which makes a better life for everyone - including Nell. Our advice to anybody wanting to change the behaviour of his or her dog for the better is to accept that it is probably yourself that needs to tweak the way you do things slightly and then book a session with Janet - without hesitation.

Lady the Saluki

My partner and I always take on rescue dogs, invariably collie/Alsatian x, which I've trained for obedience and agility with a degree of success. So when Lady the Saluki landed on the door step, we thought she'd be a really easy dog. In her first day it became apparent she was no "lady" and was renamed Lucy and then Naughty Lucy. She destroyed the couch, ate countless pairs of my shoes, stole food from the cats and dirtied the floors. Her best ( or worst) party trick was not coming back - she'd stand within six feet of me and then bolt off - one wet Tuesday afternoon it took me the best part of 5 hours to retrieve her, that's when I decided I needed help.

After my home visit from the "new dog" counsellor, I was assured that "Naughty Lucy" could be reformed and was immediately given some homework - which left my errant hound and me plenty to think about! I had two more hour-long sessions with my therapist and I can honestly say I learnt more in those two hours than I had done in two years of traditional dog training - myths were exploded and I learnt to "think dog".

I have recommended this specialised service to other friends with dastardly hounds, all of whom agree that it's exceptional value for money and can completely eradicate almost any canine behavioural problem effectively and without cruelty.

Lucy has retained her unique "saluki" ways, but now fits in with the rest of her pack.

Alsatian Pups

I can't thank you enough for the help and advice you gave me after I decided to keep four Alsatians after moving to a much bigger house with land instead of keeping just the one I already had. Life became unbearable as the three pups began to grow, arguments and unruly behaviour between all four dogs on a daily basis made me seek help. After just one visit you identified the main problem, "me", and taught me to understand dog language and how to become the top dog myself. You were always at the end of the phone if I needed you. I am pleased to tell you that I am really enjoying my dogs now and I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone with a pet problem as I am in no doubt that you will be able to help them. I feel that you're service is excellent value for money and would call on you're service's again should I ever need them. Keep up the good work as I don't know how I would have managed without you. thanks again

yours, Sharon Hayes.
